DDAMP

The DDAMP (h-ioncluster) is an indoor air quality control device built on DBD Plasma Cluster technology. It helps manage and improve the air quality of indoor spaces during continuous operation.

Power and Outlet Safety

• Do not touch the power plug or cable with wet hands.
• Do not overload electrical outlets; avoid using multiple high-draw devices on one power strip.
• When disconnecting, pull by the plug body, not the cord.
• Replace loose outlets immediately, as they pose a significant fire hazard.

Installation and Environment

• Use caution in humid areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, or near kitchen sinks.
• Do not block ventilation grills with walls, curtains, blankets, or other materials.
• Avoid installation in areas with direct sunlight, high temperatures, or excessive moisture.
• Do not place any objects on top of the device.

Operational Precautions

• Disconnect power immediately if you notice unusual odors, smoke, noise, or overheating.
• Keep the device out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not move, disassemble, or subject the device to impact while it is in operation.
• Verify the rated voltage of your power source before use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Always disconnect the power before cleaning the device.
• Do not wash with water or spray liquids directly onto the unit.
• Clean the device regularly to prevent dust buildup.
• Do not use the device if the power cord is frayed or damaged.

Storage and Non-use

• Unplug the device if it will not be used for an extended period.
• Disconnect the power during lightning storms or when a power outage is expected.
• Use protective packaging when transporting or storing the device.

Repairs and Modifications

• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device yourself.
• Use only genuine parts provided by the manufacturer.

To start

• Connect the included USB cable to the USB-C port on the device.

To stop

• Disconnect the cable or power source.

Loosen the screw bolts on the side of the product to separate the cover from the main body.

Using a soft brush, such as a fine artificial-bristle brush used for painting, gently dust off and remove accumulated dust.

Reassemble the device to its original state after the dust has been removed.
