교환·반품·환불 정책

1. 주문 취소 및 반품 요청 기간

• 발송 전 주문 취소는 고객센터로 요청해 주세요. 이미 발송된 경우에는 상품 수령 후 반품 절차로 진행합니다.
• 단순 변심에 따른 청약철회는 계약내용에 관한 서면을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 요청할 수 있습니다. 상품 공급이 그보다 늦으면 상품을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 상품이 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약내용과 다르게 이행된 경우에는 상품을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내이면서, 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내에 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 위 기간은 요청 의사를 표시하는 기간이며, 그 기간 안에 반품 상품이 도착해야 한다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 법령에 따른 기간 연장 등 소비자에게 유리한 기준은 그대로 적용됩니다.

2. 교환·반품 접수 방법

2. 접수 후 회수 방법과 반품 배송비를 안내합니다. 불량·오배송은 확인을 위해 사진 등 추가 자료를 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 상품과 구성품을 안전하게 포장해 안내받은 방법으로 보내주세요. 원활한 회수를 위해 발송 전에 고객센터에 연락해 주세요. 사전 승인 여부만으로 법정 청약철회 권리가 제한되지는 않습니다.

교환 상품의 재고가 없거나 교환이 어려운 경우에는 고객과 협의해 환불로 처리합니다.

3. 배송비 및 반품 비용

• 국내 최초 배송비는 무료입니다.
• 단순 변심에 따른 반품은 상품 반환에 필요한 실제 배송비를 구매자가 부담합니다. 단순 변심 교환은 반환 및 교환 상품 재배송에 필요한 실제 배송비를 구매자가 부담합니다.
• 불량, 오배송, 표시·광고 또는 계약내용과 다른 상품의 교환·반품 배송비는 판매자가 부담합니다.
• 배송비는 수량·포장 크기·지역 및 회수 방법에 따른 실제 운송비를 접수 시 안내하며, 청약철회를 이유로 별도의 취소 수수료나 위약금을 부과하지 않습니다.

4. 청약철회가 제한될 수 있는 경우

• 구매자의 책임으로 상품이 훼손되거나, 사용 또는 일부 소비로 상품 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우 등 관계 법령상 제한 사유에 해당하면 단순 변심에 따른 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 상품 내용을 확인하기 위한 포장 개봉만으로 교환·반품을 거절하지 않습니다. 제한 사유 및 필요한 사전 고지 등 법정 요건에 따라 개별적으로 판단합니다.
• 제품 하자 및 표시·광고나 계약내용과 다른 이행에 대한 소비자의 권리는 별도로 보장됩니다. 할인·쿠폰 적용 구매에도 같은 기준을 적용합니다.

5. 환불 시기와 방법

• 적법한 청약철회로 상품을 반환받은 날부터 3영업일 이내에 환급합니다. 상품을 아직 공급하지 않은 경우에는 청약철회를 요청한 날부터 3영업일 이내에 환급합니다.
• 원래 결제수단의 승인 취소를 원칙으로 하며, 카드사·결제사에 지체 없이 취소를 요청합니다. 결제수단에 따라 취소 내역이 표시되거나 계좌에 입금되는 시점은 달라질 수 있습니다.
• 원결제 취소가 불가능한 경우에는 본인 확인 후 환급 방법을 별도로 안내합니다. 환불액은 쿠폰·할인을 반영한 실제 결제금액을 기준으로 계산합니다.
• 환급이 법정 기한보다 지연되는 경우에는 관계 법령에 따른 지연배상 기준을 적용합니다.

6. 고객센터 및 분쟁 상담

해결이 어려운 소비자 분쟁은 1372 소비자상담센터에 상담을 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 정책에서 정하지 않은 사항은 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 및 관련 소비자분쟁해결기준 등 관계 법령에 따릅니다.

해외 주문은 배송 국가의 강행 법규와 소비자 보호 기준을 존중하며, 국제 반품 방법과 비용은 고객센터로 문의해 주세요. 위 국내 배송 조건을 해외 주문에 일률적으로 적용하지 않습니다.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

This policy applies to physical products sold by Geumto Co., Ltd. on the DDAMP website for delivery within South Korea. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation and return periods

Contact us to cancel before shipment. If already shipped, return the product after delivery. You may withdraw within seven days after receiving the written contract information, or within seven days of delivery if the product arrives later. For goods that do not match the advertising or contract, you may request withdrawal within three months of delivery and within 30 days of discovering, or reasonably being able to discover, the issue. These are notification deadlines, not deadlines for the returned product to arrive. Any longer statutory period still applies.

How to request a return or exchange

We will explain collection and shipping costs; photographs may be requested to help assess defects or incorrect delivery. Pack the product and its accessories securely. Contact us before shipping to arrange collection; prior approval is not a condition of your statutory withdrawal rights. If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a refund with you.

Shipping costs

Initial domestic delivery is free. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays the actual return shipping cost. For change-of-mind exchanges, the buyer pays return and replacement shipping. We pay shipping costs for defective, incorrectly delivered, or non-conforming goods. Actual costs depend on quantity, package size, location and collection method and are explained when the request is made. No separate withdrawal penalty or cancellation fee is charged.

Restrictions

Change-of-mind withdrawal may be restricted where the law permits, for example if the buyer damages the goods or use substantially reduces their value. Opening packaging only to inspect the contents does not by itself prevent a return. Statutory requirements, including any required prior notice, must be met. Rights relating to defects or non-conforming goods remain protected. Discounted and coupon purchases follow the same rules.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund within three business days after receiving the returned product, or within three business days of withdrawal if the product has not been supplied. We normally reverse the original payment and promptly request cancellation from the payment provider. The time it takes the provider to display the reversal or credit the funds can vary. If reversal is unavailable, we will verify the buyer and arrange another refund method. Refunds are based on the actual amount paid after discounts. Statutory compensation applies to overdue refunds.

International orders and assistance

For international orders, contact us about return arrangements and shipping costs. Mandatory consumer protections in the destination country remain applicable; the domestic shipping terms above do not automatically apply worldwide. For unresolved consumer disputes in South Korea, the 1372 consumer counseling service is available. Matters not covered here are governed by applicable law.
